I thought I had a problem with a vent pipe letting rain drip into my furnace room. I called B4U based on the great reviews. I spoke with Jay who was so friendly and offered to come out that afternoon at no charge. He inspected my roof and assured me that everything looked good. He then checked inside the furnace room to see if he could figure out the issue. I really appreciated his efforts, honesty and expertise. As other reviewers said, Jay is a great guy, down to earth, and is not in it for the money. He genuinely wants to help. I would definitely recommend him.
